Each meal serves 1 adult (Approx. 12–16 oz per entrée)

 

 How to Order:

 

Please select three meals from the weekly menu to fill your 3-Day package.

 

Chef’s Choice Option: If you prefer, let the chef select your meals for the week. Onyiyechi Culinary will curate three rotating dishes based on seasonal ingredients and chef inspiration. This option ensures a fresh, exciting, and fully prepared menu without the need to choose.

 

Client Choice Option:

 

Perfect for customers who want to pick their favorite 3 dishes each week.

  • Customize your menu according to dietary needs, flavor preferences, or favorites.

  • Includes a 30-minute consultation with Chef Tissany to discuss your preferences, dietary restrictions, and meal selections.

  • Meals are freshly prepared, balanced, and ready-to-eat.

 

Please select “None” for sides if choosing Client Choice or Chef’s Choice.

 

 Pickup / Delivery:

  • Order Cutoff: Wednesday at 6:00 PM

  • Pickup Day: Sunday (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

  • Local Delivery Available: +$10 flat fee

 

 Dietary Notes:

  • 100% plant-based / vegan

  • No animal products or dairy

  • Gluten-free options available upon request

  • Made with fresh, whole ingredients

     Refund / Return Policy

    • Due to the perishable nature of our chef-prepared meals, all sales are final.

    • We are committed to quality and freshness. If you experience a problem with your order (e.g., missing item, damaged meal, incorrect order), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

    • Onyiyechi Culinary will offer a replacement meal or store credit for verified issues.

    • Cancellations:

      • Weekly orders must be canceled before Wednesday at 6:00 PM to avoid being charged.

      • Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time, but the current week’s order cannot be refunded.

     Meal Storage & Care Instructions

    • Refrigeration: Store meals in the fridge immediately upon receipt. Consume within 3–4 days.

    • Freezing: Some meals can be frozen. Refer to the label or menu notes. Consume within 2 weeks if frozen.

    • Reheating:

      • Microwave: Remove lid and heat on high for 2–3 minutes (stir halfway if needed).

      • Oven: Preheat to 350°F, heat covered for 10–15 minutes.

      •  Please check menu labels carefully.

    • Dietary restrictions and allergies must be noted at checkout.

    • We are happy to accommodate customizations when requested in advance.

    • For local delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive meals; unrefrigerated meals are perishable and cannot be replaced if left unattended.

    St. Patrick's Day will never be the same!

    Took a class with Chef Tissony in partner with Grub and the Olympia Food Co-op. The Beef stew was delicious with just the melding of cooked flavors. The boxtye (potato pancake with sour cream and green onion garnish) was tasty and different (I could have eaten the whole bowl of just the garnish!). The skillet apple cake was homestyle-cozy and cinnamon tasty. With plenty of baked diced apple to spare, you didn't need much sugar with a scoop of fruit over it. Learned lots of cordon bleu tips.
