Celebrate the season with an afternoon of hands-on pasta making! Join Chef Tissany Gilmore of Onyiyechi Culinary for a festive culinary experience where you'll learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch.
During this three-hour workshop, participants will explore traditional pasta-making techniques, work with fresh ingredients, and create delicious seasonal dishes inspired by the warmth and flavors of the holiday season.
What You'll Learn & Prepare:
How to make fresh pasta dough from scratch.
Techniques for rolling and cutting handmade fettuccine.
How to prepare and shape seasonal ravioli.
