Price Per Session — Onyiyechi In-Home & Travel Private Chef Service Each private chef session with Onyiyechi is customized to fit your event type, guest count, and culinary preferences. Pricing reflects the personalized attention, ingredient sourcing, preparation, and clean-up included in every experience. Starting prices per session: Weeknight Wellness Dinner (In-Home): Starting at $275 Special Occasion Dining (In-Home): Starting at $350 Family Style Meal (In-Home): Starting at $300 Brunch or Afternoon Tea (In-Home): Starting at $250 Travel Private Chef Service: Starting at $400 + travel expenses Multi-Day Wellness Retreat: Starting at $700 Private Chef Services – Weekend Availability bookings are now available! To make a special request, please join the waitlist. I’ll personally reach out to confirm availability for your preferred weekend. — Chef Onyiyechi Note: Grocery costs are additional and billed separately based on your menu preferences and guest count. Travel fees for out-of-town or long-distance services are calculated case-by-case. What’s included in the session price? Personalized menu planning tailored to your dietary needs and preferences Grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing (groceries billed separately) Full meal preparation in your kitchen or on location Clean-up and kitchen organization after the meal Optional add-ons like table styling or private cooking lessons (available upon request) Booking Deposit: Booking Policy To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. The remaining balance is due either prior to or on the day of service. For multi-day wellness retreats and travel chef services, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your booking. Full payment must be completed before the start of the event or service.


Cancellation Policy

Onyiyechi Private Chef Service — Booking Policy 1. Booking & Deposit To secure your preferred date and service, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your booking and will be applied toward your total service balance. Note: Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Payment Terms The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled service date. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking. A payment link or invoice will be provided after your booking form is submitted. 3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty, subject to Onyiyechi’s availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation. Cancellations: 14 or more days before the service date: The $50 deposit may be transferred to a future booking within 6 months. Less than 14 days before the service date: Deposit is forfeited, and full payment may be required for any confirmed travel or special arrangements. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full session fee applies. No refunds will be issued. 4. Travel Chef Specific Terms Travel Chef services include additional fees for travel time, accommodations, and expenses. These costs will be included in your custom quote. Travel details must be finalized at least 14 days in advance. Changes or cancellations to travel services within 14 days may result in additional charges. The client must ensure safe, sanitary, and accessible kitchen facilities and lodging, as agreed upon. 5. Menu & Dietary Changes All dietary needs, ingredient preferences, or menu requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your service to allow time for proper sourcing and planning. 6. Liability Onyiyechi is not responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients unless previously disclosed. Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary concerns. 7. Force Majeure Onyiyechi is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies, travel delays). We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your service as needed.
