Private Holistic Chef Consultation Guidelines Non-Refundable Consultations Once your consultation is booked, the time is reserved exclusively for you and is non-refundable. Flexible Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule your consultation at any time, making adjustments to suit your schedule. Booking Timeline for Private Chef Services To ensure a smooth experience, requests for private chef services should be submitted at least one week prior to your event. Note: This does not include catering services. Final Quote A detailed quote for private chef services will be provided via email within two business days. Additional Policies Rescheduling: Changes to your consultation can be made up to 48 hours before the session start time. Session Cancellation: Onyiyechi reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. Participant Notification: In the event of cancellation, all participants will be notified 48 hours in advance. Refunds or Rescheduling Options: If a session is canceled, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later session.
